Winefield & Associates, Inc. (W&A) helps clients meet regulatory standards with intricate Federal and Cal/EPA waste management and treatment regulations. Half of our clients have sophisticated waste management systems in place, and W&A is contracted to improve only small factions of the existing systems. Our remaining clients have few or no management systems in place, and W&A is contracted to develop comprehensive hazardous waste compliance programs.

Demand for hazardous waste compliance services (especially comprehensive audits) has increased dramatically since California fire departments obtained responsibility for waste generator/treatment compliance issues via the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA).
